Recent Modifications A Notice <strong>of</strong> Proposed Change for this Increment was approved on May 16, 2001. This amendment added 48.5 acres to the Increment to include all <strong>of</strong> Parcel S, recognizing a change<br />

from multi-family to single family on Parcel S1c and reduce the number <strong>of</strong> units to 280.<br />
