Recent Modifications This substantial deviation is an environmental assessment and mitigation analysis for the eastside <strong>of</strong> the DRI (ID #48). Prior to this substantial deviation for the MDO, environmental<br />

assessments and mitigation analysis were conducted in incremental stages. Resolution 2004-077, passed on 5/4/04, changed the monitoring report to biennial status for all<br />

increments within the MDO.<br />
