The Care Center East DRI consist <strong>of</strong> the Hospice facility (6 rooms, 21,000 square feet <strong>of</strong> space). Also, the "All Children's Clinic" (14,000 square feet), Lakeview Terrace Skilled<br />
Nursing Center (120 Beds), two buildings for medical <strong>of</strong>fices (15,970 square feet), and a vacant psychiatric hospital.<br />
Recent Modifications An NOPC was submitted in January 2005. Numbers for the constucted uses to date were taken from this report since the last monitoring report received was from June 1, 2001.<br />
