As <strong>of</strong> July 23, 199, the project is no longer required to submit annual reports or traffic monitoring reports due to the fractured nature <strong>of</strong> the ownership <strong>of</strong> the DRI. As <strong>of</strong> the 1999<br />
report, a 104 room hotel (the Fairfield Inn) had been constructed. Much <strong>of</strong> the shopping center has been redeveloped. The DRI contains 310,354 gross square feet <strong>of</strong> retail space<br />
and 41,647 gross square feet <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice space.<br />
Recent Modifications The development order has technically expired. In light <strong>of</strong> the fractured nature <strong>of</strong> the DRI ownership, RPC staff will not require the Association to provide further DRI Annual reports<br />
or traffic information. However, they may be required in the future if some future DO should alter the nature <strong>of</strong> the development (staff letter 07/23/99).<br />
