amc24DSCAN
APCM-SYN dual-conversion receiver
Order No. 7056 35 / 35 MHz B-band
Order No. 7057 40 / 41 MHz band
Highly selective, narrow-band APCM
dual-conversion SCAN receiver exploiting
the latest Synthesizer techniques
and APCM (Advanced PCM) technology.
The new APCM 24 modulation transmits
twelve servo channels with equal priority.
This results in major improvements over
previous types of modulation, which are
especially noticeable with high-speed
model aircraft such as jets, and gliders
with six to eight wing flaps. The new
system eliminates the familiar delay in
response from servos connected to the
high-number receiver outputs.
The amc24DSCAN receiver is equipped
with a modern model memory recognition
circuit. During the SCAN process
the transmitter sends the model memory
number, and the information is stored
in the receiver. When the SCAN process
is complete, the receiver only
responds to this model memory, thereby
eliminating the possibility of launching
a model with the wrong memory
set at the transmitter: a not insignificant
safety aspect which is relevant to all
areas of RC modelling.
DS 288 180° Digital Micro Power
servo DS 288
Order No. 5181
This digital micro power servo is
controlled by a new type of intelligent
micro-controller which checks the
control signals and compensates automatically
for defects such as incorrect
signals, thermal drift and other
parameters which can interfere with
the system. Long-life electric motor with
carbon brushes for extended useful life.
Extremely accurate centring, very
high resolution and smooth travel
characteristics, with 13-bit ACD system
and 5900 steps over the full angular
travel of 180 degrees. Special components
provide ultra-low temperature drift
and good resistance to vibration and
shock loads. High electric motor pulse
frequency of up to 300 Hz avoids
premature motor wear and ensures
high load capacity.
Digital-Ultra-High-Speed-Servo
DS 8922
Order No. 5185
Digital ultra-high-speed power servo for
RC model cars and top-level high-speed
models of all types which require ultrahigh
transit speed combined with high
torque.
Substantially improved development of
the DS 8417, DS 8418 and DS 8822
high-speed servos, which have been
very successful all over the world.
Particularly recommended for 1 : 8
scale off-road car operators. Metal race
gears, metal output shaft and twin ballraces
ensure excellent reliability and
extreme performance figures. Precision
high-performance bell-armature motor
with large aluminium case block for
optimum motor cooling, combined with
heavy-duty electronics, endow this ultra
high-speed servo with optimum
characteristics and high torque capacity.
The digital ultra-high-speed servo is
recommended for 1 : 8 scale off-road
RC cars, model jets and high-speed
models generally.
The servo is supplied complete with a
heavy-duty 84 mm aluminium output
arm for symmetrical (two-sided) control
surface linkages. Not suitable as a tail
rotor servo for use with a piezo gyro.
Digital-Super-Power-Servo DS 8911
Order No. 5190
Digital super-power servo for absolute
top-notch models of all kinds. A significantly
improved development of the DS
8311, DS 8411, DS 8511 and DS 8811
series of power servos, which have
been successful all over the world.
Recommended for pro-standard
operators of all classes - wherever the
requirement is for maximum possible
functional reliability combined with
extreme performance parameters.
Metal gears, metal output shaft, twin
ballraces and optimised cooling of the
precision high-performance bell-armature
motor, with large aluminium case
block for excellent resistance to shock
loads, and extreme performance figures.
This digital super-power servo is
recommended for top-class model jets,
large-scale models and RC model cars.
The servo is supplied with a heavy-duty
84 mm aluminium output arm for symmetrical
(two-sided) control surface linkages.
5190
Order No. 5185
