Carbon memory sheet
This carbon fibre memory sheet can be curved (2-D moulding)
when heated (by heat-gun, oven, etc.); the moulding
temperature is around 170°C. When cold, the sheet retains
its new shape, and can be processed mechanically in any
way; the cooling time is around five minutes.
The sheet can be cut to size before or after moulding. If the
components produced in this way are to be glued, we
recommend our Carbon adhesive, used on the rough face of
the sheet.

Carbon adhesive

Carbon adhesive is a two-pack material
which produces permanent highstrength
glued joints between a very
wide range of materials. The fastsetting
adhesive is extremely resistant
to shock and peeling, and can be
machined in any way once cured.
Excellent durability. Outstanding features
of this glue are its resistance to damp
and solvents.
