Aluminium tricycle retractable undercarriage unit
Order No. 179
Top-quality tricycle retract system, CNC-machined from
heavy-duty aluminium. Single-circuit system, i.e. the wheels
retract under the action of compressed air, but extend under
spring pressure. All units lock when retracted and extended.
Size and format correspond to standard Eurokit retract units.
Undercarriage pivot pin: 6 mm Ø. Suitable for models with
take-off weights of up to 15 kg.
Pack contents: steerable noseleg retract unit, two main
retract units, control valve, compressed air connectors, air
reservoir.

The two motor mount brackets are
simply positioned on the model’s nose
bulkhead (firewall), spaced to suit the
crankcase width, and are secured using
the fixings supplied. The motor is
attached to the mount arms using the
self-tapping screws supplied in the set.
The mount arms can be shortened if
required.
Smoke pump
Order No. 6825
This high-performance miniature smoke
pump is intended for use in model
aircraftspowered by turbines and internal-combustion
engines. A small 7.4 V
(LiPo) or 6-cell NiMH battery is required
as power supply. An opto-coupler minimises
potential interference and allows
an integral electronic switch function to
be included. The battery can therefore
be left connected to the smoke pump
without becoming discharged.
The working range can be adjusted to
suit any RC system transmitter using a
button.
The smoke pump is of impressively
high-quality aluminium construction. It
also features an external socket for use
with a cut-off valve.

Hopper-Tank

The hopper tank is a high-quality header
tank of all-plastic construction,
suitable for kerosene and petrol-based
fuels. The tank features a large membrane
pick-up which ensures a bubblefree
flow of fuel to jet engines and
petrol engines. The ultra-fine membrane
technology filters out even the smallest
of air bubbles. The hopper tank features
triple connections for venting and /
or saddle tanks, refuelling, and feed to
