Project architecture
It is a 17 floor commercial tower that includes two
tier basement, ground floor, two podiums, and
twelve typical floors with more than 42,000 square
meter of built up area. The structure encompasses 9
shops, 132 leasable areas and service areas
flanked with commensurate modern facilities. The
external face of the structure comprises ACP
cladding and high quality glass curtain wall.
The structure is built on 194 concrete piles. The
entire pilling work was executed by L&T’s in-house
team to the exacting specifications.
Optimum resource usage
The outcome of effective team work and adaptability
in operations have surpassed the conceived
productivity norms and increased the resource
efficacy. Additionally, the anticipated risk of acute
material shortage in the market, especially concrete,
during the peak of operation was tactfully mitigated.
While executing these improved practices to speed up
the work, cost concern was a focal point and this
thoughtfulness fetched more value for money spent
on resources.
