New Facility for CSTI Ahmedabad<br />

Mr. K.V Rangaswami (KVR), Member of the Board & lead in imparting training to rural youth in<br />
President (<strong>Construction</strong>) inaugurated the new facility for construction skills thereby benefitting their livelihood<br />
<strong>Construction</strong> Skills Training Institute (CSTI) at Charcharwadi and also reducing the demand for skilled workers.<br />

Mr. B. Ramakrishanan, Mr. M.H. Desai, Mr. S. Natarajan,<br />
Mr. P.K. Talpade, Mr. P. Chandramohan and senior staff of<br />
Spread across 1.8 hectars, the facility comprises of an<br />
institutive administrative building, hostel and practice<br />

KVR commended on the initiative of setting up the<br />
state-of-the-art training facility and highlighted that it<br />
would help in creating a talent pool of skilled<br />
workmen. He urged the project heads to make use of<br />
the facility and avail the benefits of employing skilled<br />
workmen at projects sites.<br />
Mr. S. Natarajan, Head – CSTI, welcomed the<br />
gathering and made a brief presentation on the<br />
initiatives of CSTI. He said that L&T has taken the<br />
