from <strong>the</strong>ir original position less than 10 feet away from <strong>the</strong> seat<br />
of <strong>the</strong> blast and thrown to an area where <strong>the</strong>y finally rested near<br />
<strong>the</strong> body.<br />
The damage to those objects suggested to me that if it was<br />
18,000 feet per second, <strong>the</strong>y would be smaller, <strong>the</strong>y would be<br />
torn or ripped like <strong>the</strong> pipe that's shredded like paper, and <strong>the</strong><br />
bodies would have had slightly different damage.<br />
OIG: What kind of damage?<br />
AGENT WILLIAMS: They would have been hit with smaller flying<br />
objects.<br />
OIG: Would <strong>the</strong> arm have been ripped off in a different way?<br />
AGENT WILLIAMS: Yes. Their bodies would have shown different<br />
physical damage.<br />
