Responsible for developing and executing statewide fundraising operation for three<br />
statewide candidates, including:<br />
o Planning and execution of large-format, joint fundraising events with 300+<br />
attendees; largest raising $275,000 in just one evening<br />
o Manage high-level surrogates and their bundling operations<br />
o Design and carry out an online fundraising and blast email strategy<br />
o Develop, recruit and maintain steering and host committees for each campaign<br />
Significant personal development and maintenance of relationships with largest political<br />
donors and bundlers in the state<br />
Extensive research on Florida Statutes and Judicial Canons as they relate to merit retention<br />
elections; direct application of that knowledge to fundraising and operations<br />
Outreach to national-level donors, organizations and individuals with an interest in<br />
protecting fair and impartial judicial systems<br />
Intensive development and honing of fundraising messaging through printed materials,<br />
speaking engagements, one-on-one meetings, individual and mass correspondence<br />
Hired, directed and managed regional finance staff throughout the state<br />
Directed financial compliance and reporting for all three campaigns and developed best<br />
compliance practices in concert with legal counsel and CPA<br />

Was asked by Justices Lewis, Pariente and Quince to leave this position in order to take on<br />
