Should the Contractor fail to correct any condition which is in violation of the terms of the contract
within 24 hours after having been notified by the County, then the County may declare this contract
in default and terminate the same.
Failure to correct problems brought to the attention of the Contractor shall be grounds for the County
to terminate the contract.
3. TIME PERMITTED:
Each individual job performed under this contract shall be commenced within five (5) days of the
Notice to Proceed. All work to be performed under this Contract shall be completed within a time to
be agreed to by both parties. If the work to be performed under this Contract is not completed within
the time set forth above, or within such extra time as may be granted by the County, the Contractor
shall be deemed to be in default.
