7. Capt. Morgan <strong>Bryan</strong> I (<strong>William</strong> (Capt.) 2 , John Sr. (Capt.) 1 ) was born <strong>in</strong><br />

1621 <strong>in</strong> Milltown Malbay, Clare, Munster, Ireland, was christened on 14 Aug 1621 <strong>in</strong> Milltown<br />

Malbay, Clare, Munster, Ireland, and died <strong>in</strong> Jun 1682 <strong>in</strong> Gloucester County, Virg<strong>in</strong>ia at age 61.<br />

Noted events <strong>in</strong> his life were:<br />

• Information: 1621, Milltown Malbay, Clare, Munster, Ireland. Morgan was <strong>the</strong> son <strong>of</strong><br />

<strong>William</strong> <strong>Bryan</strong> and his wife, Ca<strong>the</strong>r<strong>in</strong>e Morgan, <strong>of</strong> County Clare. If this man was not<br />

<strong>the</strong> son <strong>of</strong> Capt. <strong>William</strong> Morgan, <strong>the</strong>n family and all o<strong>the</strong>r researchers must overcome<br />

and validate two records <strong>in</strong>cluded here<strong>in</strong>. Those records are: The immigration record<br />

pro<strong>of</strong>s for Morgan <strong>Bryan</strong> and his wife Alice as are <strong>in</strong>cluded as pro<strong>of</strong>s for this man and<br />

his wife. Morgan was certified as Master and Ship Capta<strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong> Charles City Virg<strong>in</strong>ia<br />

June 11, 1646 by Capt. Henry Barker, cous<strong>in</strong> <strong>of</strong> Morgan's wife, Alice.<br />
