Macone when she married <strong>William</strong> <strong>Bryan</strong>, but we do not know about any children born<br />
by him. She and <strong>William</strong> had no children.<br />
• Pro<strong>of</strong>: 1742, Northampton County, North Carol<strong>in</strong>a. Early North Carol<strong>in</strong>a Taxpayers,<br />
Northampton County, North Carol<strong>in</strong>a.<br />
Alice paid taxes on land, but no ti<strong>the</strong>s, and apparently was liv<strong>in</strong>g alone as a widow at<br />
age 84 years.<br />
