A pair of European iron mounted full stocked<br />
unsigned percussion pistols with octagonal c.<br />
20,5 cm. long barrels in caliber c. 15 mm drum<br />
converted to percussion. The locks and hammers<br />
are flat, the butt caps are small and the trigger<br />
guards ends in flowerpots. The stock is inlaid<br />
with sparse silver wire and are carved behind the<br />
tangs. One stock repaired.<br />

A good pair of cased iron mounted greatcoat<br />
percussion pistols by walker, London with blue<br />
octagonal c. 14 cm. long barrels in caliber c.<br />
15 mm. marked LONDN and mounted with<br />
swivel ramrods. The back action locks with slight<br />
scroll are marked wALKER. The butts without<br />
butt caps are completely crosshatched and well<br />
preserved. The pistols have belt hooks and the<br />
stocks ends in german silver. In the box a small<br />
plain Dixon and Son powder flask, a pewter oil<br />
flask, a bullet mould, a loading rod with bullet<br />
screw, a broken nipple wrench and an empty iron<br />
can for percussion caps. One pistol is missing the<br />
hammer spur and the nipple is damaged.<br />

A fine pair of flintlock pistols c. 1770 with highly<br />
decorated and gilded brass-mounts. Probably<br />
Bohemian from the city of Carlsbad. Lock engraved<br />
with shooting horsemen, mounts cast and<br />
punched with horsemen. The trigger guards is<br />
decorated with Diana holding a bow. Length 45 cm.<br />
a highly desirable pair of pistols in an excellent<br />
quality.<br />
