Your Scholarship in Europe 2008-2009<br />

The British Chevening scholarship offers an opportunity to acquire a post-graduate<br />
Masters qualifi cation.<br />
Priority fi elds of study include: Public administration, international relations, media and<br />
journalism, political science, urban planning, environmental management, petroleum<br />
studies, law, telecommunications management, engineering, and economics. Other<br />
subjects may also be possible.<br />
You should:<br />
• Be aged 22-35;<br />
• Have Russian citizenship;<br />
• Have a track record of excellence and achievement;<br />
• Already have a fi rst degree with excellent and good marks;<br />
• Have good English language skills (minimum IELTS score 6.5);<br />
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in your chosen career;<br />
• Have a clear idea how your scholarship will benefi t Russia on your return.<br />
A Chevening scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, international fl ights and<br />
living costs for a 3-12 month study period up to a total value of £23,500 (€34,000).<br />
