Court in which it is filed and in which it is pending as on date High Court of Delhi at New Delhi Charges / Allegation involved Passing off, unfair competition, disposing of and/ or dealing with goods under the Trade Mark Kamdhenu alongwith an application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC, inter alia, praying for ad-interim ex-parte injunction in regard to the above. Present Status Ex-Parte arguments are going on in the mother Present Status Court issued notices to the defendant. Next date of hearing on 23-09-2005 for return of service. Arguments on injunction application will be advanced on the said date.
