The equity shares held by persons other than Promoters may be transferred to any other person holding shares prior to the issue, subject to continuation of lock-in with transferees for the remaining period and compliance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, as applicable. 6. The equity shares to be held by the promoters under lock-in period shall not be sold/hypothecated/transferred during the lock-in period. However, the equity shares held by promoters, which are locked in, may be transferred to and among promoter/ promoter group or to a new promoter or persons in control of the Company, subject to the continuation of lock-in with the transferees for the remaining period and compliance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 as applicable. The Promoters may pledge their Equity Shares with banks or financial institutions as additional security for loans whenever availed by them form banks or financial institutions. 18
