spectrum of the school: student work and pieces
by the school’s famous teachers, including architecture,
furniture, ceramics, metalwork, photography

The 1st Berlin GDR Motorcycle Museum, housed
under the train arches at Alexanderplatz, displays
the history of motorcycle production in the former
GDR, including many rare models.
Permanent exhibition
Time travel through the history of GDR twowheeler
production
The largest public exhibition of GDR two-wheelers
in the world includes more than 140 motorcycles,
motor scooters and mopeds from the manufacturers
MZ, Simson and IWL, shown over two floors
and 800m 2 . On display are almost all models from
40 years of GDR two-wheeler production, as well
as many trailers, sports and racing motorcycles,
special-purpose and government vehicles.
