The following is a generalized description of the present specimens. Corymbose, main branches up to<br />

1 cm thick bearing 2 to 4 branch lets. Axial corallites 3 to 3.5 mm in diameter at the top with a large rounded<br />

opening. Wall thin , exsert to 3 mm. Septa 12 , primaries larger than the secondaries, often meeting at the<br />

centre of the axial fossa. Radials ascending generally outer wall at 45·, nariform , uniform in size , about<br />

4 mm in length, 2.5 to 3 mm in diameter at the top. A few of the larger radials are half tubular and proliferous.<br />

Some radials at the basal parts of the branches are subimmersed. There are two cycles of deepseated<br />

septa in the radials. Wall striated, porous.<br />
