Policy:<br />
The student may withdraw from a course only one time. Approval will not be given for a second<br />
withdrawal from the same course. For example, a student may withdraw only one time from<br />
OCCT 780, Research.<br />
Rational:<br />
Courses in each semester serve as pre-requisites for the subsequent semesters..<br />
PROCEDURES:<br />
1.0 Withdrawal from a course may result in a revision <strong>of</strong> the study plan.<br />
1.1 The revised study plan will reflect the next scheduled opportunity to take the course.<br />
2.0 Request for withdrawal from a Level II Fieldwork will only be approved through the sixth<br />
week <strong>of</strong> the experience.<br />
2.1 Course withdrawal from a Level II Fieldwork due to failing performance will require<br />
a faculty-approved intervention plan prior to subsequent Fieldwork placement.<br />
2.2 Future Level II Fieldwork will be scheduled as available.
