Policy:<br />
During normal operating hours (i.e. 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., M-F), students enrolled in MOT courses<br />
are allowed access to the Human Anatomy Laboratory.<br />
Purpose:<br />
Laboratory access is limited to ensure the safety <strong>of</strong> students and to protect the Universities<br />
equipment.<br />
Procedure:<br />
1.0 Student access to the Human Anatomy Laboratory outside <strong>of</strong> the MOT <strong>Program</strong>’s normal<br />
operating hours, but within the <strong>University</strong>’s normal hours <strong>of</strong> operation, must be individually<br />
arranged with faculty.<br />
2.0 For access to the Human Anatomy Laboratory outside <strong>of</strong> the <strong>University</strong>’s normal hours <strong>of</strong><br />
operation, a student must receive prior approval from their instructor, and follow lab access<br />
procedures listed on course syllabus.<br />
3.0 If the lab is being used outside <strong>of</strong> scheduled class time, the student will need to notify<br />
the Department <strong>of</strong> Public Safety that they will be working in the lab and make<br />
arrangements to ensure that the lab is locked when they are finished.
