PRECIS
This matter is being reported to Council to note that a SEPP 1 objection has been approved
by Council's Development Assessment Panel on 15 December 2010 for a two(2) storey
dwelling-house at the subject site.
In accordance with the Department of Planning's circular PS 08-014, the SEPP 1 matter
was able to be determined under delegations of the DAP without the need for the DA to be
reported to an Ordinary meeting of Council. Approval of the DA using the SEPP 1
provisions however is required to be noted by Council in accordance with the PS 08-014
circular for quarterly reporting purposes to the Department of Planning.
RECOMMENDATION
That it be noted that DA 2010/0477 for a Two(2) Storey Dwelling-House Including
SEPP 1 Objection to Clause 18 of Hastings LEP 2001 at Lot 40 DP 754403 & Lot 1 DP
1122266, Rob Roy Road, King Creek has been approved by Council's Development
Assessment Panel.
