underperforming schools? What abilities and
behaviors set them apart from their colleagues? Learn
what bold leaders do well to create significant, lasting
change. This session will examine the 10 turnaround
leader competencies identified through research of
organizational turnarounds. All leaders can enhance
their effectiveness by cultivating their skills in these 10
competencies.
