Why are you advancing improvement in education?
Credible and inspirational leaders can improve teacher and
organizational effectiveness and they can increase student learning. It
is important that school leaders have the knowledge, skills, and tools
necessary to articulate a clear vision, inspect the school environment,
and provide tangible support for the school stakeholders. Leaders
must know how to create a positive, respectful, and productive learning
and working environment that ignites and invites motivation and high
achievement.
