Do you want 100% graduation? Do you want buy-in from
your staff and students? Do you want to change the
culture of your campus? Striving to do the impossible,
Everman High School, serving a student population
of 85% low socioeconomic status, has accomplished
these major challenges. Participants will gain insight
on how to motivate staff and students to buy in to the
vision/mission of your campus; learn how to implement
a team approach yielding a 100% graduation rate; and
understand how to develop a positive rapport with all
students, which will help to increase attendance rates,
as well as, decrease behavior issues. District/campus
administrators and teacher leaders: come to hear how
the “Fearless Leader” and “The Team” made it happen
by using “out of the box” thinking.
