Leadership Support to Move Teachers
From Good to Great
LEADERSHIP EFFECTIVENESS
Learn what successful principals and other teacher
leaders do to help ordinary teachers become great
teachers. This session will focus on research-based
strategies for supporting teacher collaboration and
will include evidence from the National Board for
Professional Teaching Standards. Principals and teacher
leaders will learn what looks different in schools that
get the most from their students and be provided the
tools necessary to duplicate these efforts in their current
schools.
