Dialogue requires more than just one person being heard.
When others haven’t been involved in conversations,
we make decisions based on limited data. This causes
others to have less conviction in their follow-through
because they haven’t been involved. We want to be able
to honestly and accurately share our views in a way that
encourages others to share their perspective as well.
