There were 3 flasks per exposure concentration and 10 flasks for control.<br />

Bacteria exposed to serial dilutions of TS for 18 ± 2 hours with<br />

concentrations of 1.95, 3.91, 7.81, 15.63, 31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500 and<br />

1000 mg/L.<br />

Solutions evaluated with infrared spectroscopy (IR). Extinction of cultures<br />

measured at 436 mm.<br />

Result : Based on measurements made in all exposure concentrations, the EC10<br />

was 1,000 mg/L.<br />

Test substance : sample >99.9% purity<br />

Conclusion : The 18-hour EC10 for Pseudomonas putida was determined to be 1,000<br />

mg/L.<br />
