How to Investigate Adherence to Antiretroviral Treatment: An Indicator-Based Approach The text of the message varies for each type of sheet. Respond by selecting either the ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ buttons. If you select ‘No’ you will remain on the current sheet. If you select ‘Yes’ the system will verify whether it is able to complete the form and then return you to the Control form. Conditions for completion For facility questionnaires: The system will check that a reasonable proportion of the possible data entry fields are completed before you will be able to complete these forms. In addition for the Second Entry, the data should match the first and there should be no errors. For retro dispensing data: If you select the ‘Complete’ button the system will validate that you have entered the expected number of interview records.
