Uses of The Competencies<br />
The Northeast (Ne) ATTC instructs vendors <strong>and</strong> fellowship applicants to use The Competencies<br />
when designing <strong>and</strong> developing NeATTC-sponsored training curricula, educational products, <strong>and</strong><br />
services. This activity helps agencies <strong>and</strong> individuals institutionalize the use of The Competencies<br />
as a tool in project planning <strong>and</strong> subsequent project activity.<br />
