The Northeast (Ne) ATTC instructs vendors and fellowship applicants to use The Competencies
when designing and developing NeATTC-sponsored training curricula, educational products, and
services. This activity helps agencies and individuals institutionalize the use of The Competencies
as a tool in project planning and subsequent project activity.
