Course Description<br />
MGT 4590 Strategic Business Leadership 3 3 0 Examination of the leadership theories in the context of the strategic business<br />
challenges of increased global competition, advances in technology, and the<br />
importance of intellectual capital. The focus is on the executive ability to make<br />
strategic choices that generate superior performance within and by<br />
organizations.<br />
MIS 4800 MIS Capstone 3 3 0 This capstone seminar is designed to accomplish three primary goals: 1) build<br />
deep business information system analysis and design skills in the context of<br />
'The Big Three' (Enterprise Systems, Business Intelligence Systems and<br />
Collaboration Systems), 2) expand Information Systems knowledge base and<br />
understanding through intensive discussion and activities, 3) increase career<br />
readiness and networking skills.<br />
MKT 4630 Marketing Strategy 3 3 0 Capstone course focuses on the integration of marketing knowledge<br />
accumulated as a marketing major. Includes situation analysis and<br />
development of strategic marketing plans. Consideration is given to the<br />
complex dynamic environment in which all marketing activities take place.<br />
MUS 4940 Junior Recital 3 2 0 Public performance of repertoire representative of a variety of historical and<br />
stylistic periods. Tier III equivalent course, but both MUS 4940 and MUS 4941<br />
must be taken to receive Tier III equivalent credit.<br />
MUS 4941 Senior Recital 3 2 0 Public performance of repertoire representative of a variety of historical and<br />
stylistic periods. Tier III equivalent course, but both MUS 4940 and MUS 4941<br />
must be taken to receive Tier III equivalent credit.<br />
MUS 4950 Senior Thesis I 3 1 0 Independent research in music theory or music history, or major creative work<br />
in music composition, working toward a senior-level thesis or composition final<br />
project.<br />
MUS 4951 Senior Thesis II 3 2 0 Independent research in music theory or music history, or major creative work<br />
in music composition, completing a senior thesis. Continuation of MUS 4950.<br />
