A Brief Answer to the Question “What Does the Board Do?”
The OSB Board of Governors oversees and supports the work of the Oregon State Bar. It
ensures adherence to the statutory mission of the OSB, plans for the organization’s future,
establishes and monitors programs, provides financial oversight and long-term planning, and
supports the Executive Director’s implementation of the BOG’s objectives.
