That which the talented person likes to do, what they can do well without much effort, because they can naturally do it well and always want to better themselves for fun. This phenomenon is intrinsic motivation, the passion that burns for an idea or an assignment. Intrinsic motivation is therefore effective, because it comes from the innermost parts of a person and easily leads toward something to do. The person does what is important to them and what they enjoy and from there comes this good feeling again, a feeling of success, which always does good and brings a feeling of happiness with it. In what environments is it possible to concentrate so strongly on one’s talents? I believe that in our society it is no longer possible, that I can really use all of my talents to become successful and earn money.
