Meloth is a communicator; eloquent, always in
conversation, interested in the exchange of ideas. He
speaks pragmatically and vividly; pictures develop in
his head when he speaks of “bringing horsepower to
the streets” and “engaging turbo power.” That is his
mission: to reveal people’s goals, to develop
strategies together with them for achieving their
success, and to give them one last kick out the door.
He fulfills this mission in coachings, workshops,
seminars, and lectures.
Moreover he began the “Success Symposium” with
a list of a dozen speakers that managers can book
for their clients.
Meloth engages voluntarily on the board as cofounder
of the marketing club Mainz-Wiesbaden as
well as a chairman on the board of trustees of the
nonprofit education initiative “Stufen zum Erfolg.”
The 60 year-old from Mainz attributes his energy to
his family. He works closely with his daughter
Nadin, also a trainer and coach; together they operate
as “Success Experts.” “My daughter is my biggest
critic,” avows Meloth.
