regards: if things are going well for the company,
then things are going well for the employees. Not
only financially, but instead above all they profit
through their personal progress and personal
growth, just like the entrepreneur profits from their
positive development. The market worth of the
employees and the arising employability gives them
future job security. All of this ultimately works out
as a positive, because through the resulting employee
loyalty the company will be ready for the challenges
of the developing world demographics. Every one of
the participants has their individual use and every
one has the opportunity to take advantage of their
own worth.
Until recently the economy has only made this
partially known and now there are huge
opportunities for use. This model can be completely
flexible, going from individuals and groups of
people to entire organizations, set into motion and
fitting to every individual situation. This method is
not only meant for large companies, but also fro
smaller companies with differing numbers of
employees, which I like to concentrate on very
much.
