3.7 How Do You Invest Yourself In
Personal Success?
One can invest in personal success in many ways and
with varying degrees of intensity. The word “invest”
is often associated with financial gain. That seems
simple enough. I invest and gain success in several
forms, not only material ones. There are other factors
that are important in investing as well. One factor
often comes into the discussion of success far too
little or sometimes not at all, although it plays a
central role on the way to a successful life. Take this
mystery into consideration:
“There is a great and mundane secret. All people
have a part in this; everybody knows it, although few
ever think about it. Most people just take it and
accept it without even once considering its
implications. This secret is time… time is life. And
