686GX233 or 686GX300 Processor Thermal Management<br />
The industrial grade processor IC of the cpuModule must receive adequate cooling to ensure proper<br />
operation and good reliability. The case temperature of the processor must not exceed +85°C The<br />
processor is therefore supplied with an attached fan or heatsink with a thermal resistance of 5° C/W.<br />
NOTE!<br />
This cpuModule is not warranted against damage caused by overheating<br />
due to improper or insufficient heatsinking or airflow.<br />
