Enable or disable virus warning<br />

• Disable -- Disable CPU internal 16 KB cache<br />

• Enable -- Skip or shorten some tests to allow<br />

• Disable -- Perform all power on self tests<br />

Select from the options the boot sequence for the<br />

CPU<br />

Swap floppy drive A: and B:<br />

• Enable -- Floppy connected after the twist in<br />

the floppy wire will be Drive B: and floppy<br />

connected before the twist in the floppy wire<br />

will be Drive A:<br />

• Disable (Normal) -- Floppy connected after the<br />

twist in the floppy wire will be Drive A: and<br />

floppy connected after the twist in the floppy<br />

wire will be Drive B:<br />

Note: This only works with two floppies installed.<br />

Perform floppy seek to determine if floppy is a 40<br />

tracks 360 KB or an 80 track 1.2 MB, 720 KB or<br />

1.44 MB<br />

• Enable -- Perform check<br />

• Disable -- Skip check<br />

• High<br />

• Low<br />

Set keypad numlock status after boot<br />

• On -- Keypad is number keys<br />

• Off -- Keypad is cursors keys<br />

Select gate A20 options<br />

• Normal -- Use keyboard controller to control<br />

A20 gate<br />

• Fast -- Allow chipset to control A20 gate<br />

• Enable<br />

• Disable<br />

Determines if typematic is to be used<br />

• Enable -- Enable typematic rate<br />

• Disable -- Disable typematic rate<br />
