686GX233 or 686GX300 Processor Thermal Management The industrial grade processor IC of the cpuModule must receive adequate cooling to ensure proper operation and good reliability. The case temperature of the processor must not exceed +85°C The processor is therefore supplied with an attached fan or heatsink with a thermal resistance of 5° C/W. NOTE!
