Membership criteria
1) The Charkha (machine) will be provided by Udyog Bharti after registration of the member and paying the minimum contribution
amount (Different subsidy for different group)
2) Minimum age for a member should be 18 years.
3) Ready to work in 7-8 hours in a day and complete the given task fortnightly.
4) The Charkha will be handed over to next member if found unsatisfactory work, to the next member paying the contribution amount
By-laws of SHGs groups will be valid.
Capital Requirement and Finance
Ambar Charkha (will be provided by Khadi Udyog): 9400 x 50 members = 470000
Training and Administration: 10000 x 4 months = 40000
Room Rent: 700 per month = 2800
Training and Exposure: = 24000
Total: 66800
