6.1.7 Vegetative cover
There is negligible area under tree cover. The village has a forest area of 15.9 ha in the cluster area which consists of only Juliflora Prosopis (ganda
babool) and other forest trees. Trees like Neem and Lemon are seen on few farm boundaries. It is planned that 40 ha land to be covered under new
plantation in both villages.

6.1.8 Livestock
The village has quite a good of livestock population. These include cows, bullocks, buffaloes, goats, sheep. The interventions like provision
of good quality cows and buffaloes, the establishment of a fodder bank and other such related activities would spur up the dairy
development in the village. It is expected that the post project period would see a substantial increase in livestock population and yield
from them.
