Ruby Iowa-Nebraska Allied Will Conduct Clinic ANAMOSA, IOWA—Charles Niles, director of Allied Independent Theatre Owners of Iowa and Nebraska, has called a Film Clinic for Thursday, August 24, at the Castle hotel, Omaha. All Allied members have been invited to the Clinic, which will -start with a luncheon at noon in the Omaha room of the Castle. Numerous complaints have been heard from members in Iowa and Nebraska on the misallocation of pictures. This is one of the problems that will be taken up at the Clinic. Johnson, Monogram salesman, has been appointed acting branch manager in the Monogram exchange here by Harold Wirthwein, western sales manager. Johnson replaces George Taif, who has taken a leave due to ill health. Johnson had been a Monogram salesman in the Des Moines territory for six years.
