Course/Exam Enrollment Fees
Exam and course fees are based on a company’s LOMA
membership status, the type of exam (paper or I*STAR),
and the location where the exam will be administered.
Participation in LOMA Education Programs or activities does
not constitute LOMA membership, nor does it qualify an
organization for member company rates. Fee exceptions
for independent students are available online at
www.loma.org.
Member and nonmember companies will be invoiced for
exam and course fees. Independent students must pay fees
at the time of enrollment. All fees are shown in U.S. dollars
and must be paid in U.S. dollars by VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, check, money order, or bank transfer.
Fees are nontransferable between students and courses.

Most exam fees do not include the cost of textbooks, study
aids, or CE credit. Exceptions are
•The course fee for LOMA 320, LOMA 361, and when
available, LOMA 307, includes the online Course Portal,
with access to online study materials, and an exam
enrollment.
•The course fees for online LOMA 280, 286, and 290
include access to all study materials.
•The course fees for the Need 2 Know courses,
LOMA 281 and LOMA 291, include access to all study
materials.
•The exam fee for ARA 440 includes access to a PDF of
the study aid (TPG).
•The exam fee for UND 386 and AIRC 410 includes
access to PDFs of the textbook and the study aid (TPG).
After LOMA’s official enrollment deadline, paper enrollments
may not be canceled. Fees are subject to change without
notice.
1 Certain exams administered in Canada, including those for independent students, are subject to a $20 (U.S.) per exam surcharge. This fee is
in addition to the base exam fee and other applicable fees. The Canadian surcharge applies only to Fellowship-level exams and the ACS exam.
All exams administered in Canada are subject to the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST). The GST applies to the course/exam fee, the
Canadian student surcharge, and any applicable Prometric Fees. LOMA does not collect the GST; Canadian companies and independent students
must self-assess any liability they incur.
2 Enrollments received past paper enrollment deadlines require additional administrative processing; therefore, a late fee per student, per exam is
charged. Late enrollment and missed deadline fees apply to paper exams only.
