Section: 3 Rev No. 02 Title: Traffic Management Issue No. a Over Vessel Inward (Name of Vessel) This is Belfast Harbour Radio Do not proceed past Pilot Station (Reason) Standby this channel / or, Call in :xx minutes Over Example Departex This is Belfast Harbour Radio Do not proceed past Pilot Station Your Pilot/Berth is unavailable until XX:00 Hours Over 3.3.3 Vessel response 3.3.3.1 Compliance If a vessel complies with the delay, Traffic Clearance shall be issued as soon as circumstances permit. 3.3.3.2 Non-compliance If a vessel does not comply with the delay, inform or warn other traffic according to the risk posed by the situation. Provide all Vessels with a full INS and TOS response. Monitor the situation and file a full non-compliance report to the Harbour Master as soon as time permits. 3.3.3.3 Reassessment requested by the vessel When reassessment indicates the situation is safe, issue a Traffic Clearance.
