Multiple flav<strong>on</strong>oids result in additive inhibiti<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

BCRP<br />

The diversity <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> flav<strong>on</strong>oids allow the determinati<strong>on</strong><br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> SAR and QSAR for these compounds. SAR studies<br />

indicated the importance <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> lipophilicity, the placement<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> hydroxyl groups and the 2,3 double b<strong>on</strong>d.
