DEVELOPERS’ PROCEDURES<br />

CHAPTER TWO<br />

1. Name of <strong>developer</strong> <strong>and</strong> development firm. If designated contact<br />

person or project manager is different, then that information is also<br />

required.<br />

2. Name, address, telephone number, legal description of the<br />

owner(s) i. e, name of owners as stated on deed of the property to<br />

be developed <strong>and</strong> Federal Tax ID Number.<br />

3. Identification of property to be developed by tax map, block <strong>and</strong><br />

parcel number <strong>and</strong> any other pertinent information such as<br />

subdivision name <strong>and</strong> lot number, general plat of property, name<br />

<strong>and</strong>/or highway number of adjacent streets <strong>and</strong> highways <strong>and</strong><br />

adjacent property owners as may be necessary to properly identify<br />

the property.<br />

4. Nature of development contemplated <strong>and</strong> proposed number <strong>and</strong><br />

type of units, square footages <strong>and</strong> proposed construction schedule<br />

<strong>and</strong> phases as applicable.<br />

5. Services requested (water, sewer, any special requirements).<br />

6. Quality of waste to be delivered to the <strong>Authority</strong>'s system for<br />

treatment (domestic, industrial, commercial).<br />

7. If available, a site plan <strong>and</strong> building floor plan containing pertinent<br />

descriptive information can be submitted to assist the <strong>Authority</strong> in<br />

its evaluation of its ability to provide service.<br />

2.2.2 Letter of Intent Response<br />

Within 10 working days of receipt of the Letter of Intent, the <strong>Authority</strong><br />

will respond in writing advising the <strong>developer</strong> on the availability of<br />

water/sewer <strong>and</strong> the requirements for obtaining service.<br />

2.3 CONSTRUCTION PLAN SUBMITTAL<br />

2.3.1 GENERAL<br />

The <strong>Authority</strong> will require submittal of one (1) set of certified engineering<br />

plans with supporting design criteria <strong>and</strong> calculations. The <strong>Authority</strong> will<br />

review the plans <strong>and</strong> approve, disapprove or request additional<br />

information within thirty (30) working days.<br />

Any project that has been inactive for 6 months after the <strong>Authority</strong>'s<br />

approval of plans may be considered void <strong>and</strong> removed from active status.<br />
