DEVELOPER AGREEMENT<br />

The applicant hereby agrees to adhere to the following terms as well as all policies <strong>and</strong><br />
st<strong>and</strong>ards of the <strong>Authority</strong>. Such agreement is attested to by the signator hereinafter<br />
affixed.<br />
TERMS<br />
A. Specifications: I underst<strong>and</strong> that the <strong>Gr<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Str<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Water</strong> & <strong>Sewer</strong><br />
<strong>Authority</strong> reserves the right to specify the size, type <strong>and</strong> design of all<br />
transmission, distribution <strong>and</strong> fire protection lines as well as taps, meters,<br />
<strong>and</strong> any other incidental components appurtenances being added to the<br />
water or sewer systems of the <strong>Authority</strong>.<br />
B. Payment Limitations: I underst<strong>and</strong> that all monies paid to the <strong>Authority</strong><br />
for service to a particular location must be in accordance with the rates<br />
established by the Board of Directors of the <strong>Gr<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Str<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Water</strong> & <strong>Sewer</strong><br />
<strong>Authority</strong> <strong>and</strong> I agree to pay all fees in accordance to the rate schedule in<br />
effect at the time fees are paid.<br />
C. Right-of-Ways: I shall grant or cause to be granted to the <strong>Gr<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Str<strong>and</strong></strong><br />
<strong>Water</strong> & <strong>Sewer</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> without cost all rights, easements, permits,<br />
right-of-ways, <strong>and</strong> privileges, which in the opinion of the <strong>Authority</strong> are<br />
necessary for the rendering <strong>and</strong> maintaining of utility service.<br />
D. Equipment Requirements: I agree that all pipes <strong>and</strong><br />
related equipment shall be selected, installed, used <strong>and</strong> maintained in<br />
accordance with all policies <strong>and</strong> specifications of the <strong>Gr<strong>and</strong></strong> <strong>Str<strong>and</strong></strong><br />
<strong>Water</strong> & <strong>Sewer</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> as well as all laws <strong>and</strong> governmental regulations<br />
applicable thereto. I expressly agree to abstain from utilizing any<br />
appliance or device which may adversely affect utility service. I further<br />
