Wauzeka
Wauzeka is a quiet little town
located at the mouth of the Kickapoo
River where it flows into the Wisconsin
River. You will find the Kickapoo Indian
Caverns along Highway 60 (watch for
the signs). This onyx wonder served as
a shelter for the Prehistoric Indians
of the valley. Besides the interesting
rooms of the cavern, there is a museum
housing artifacts found there. It is open
May 15 through October 31 at 9 a.m.
This is a must on your travel list.
