Call functions<br />

1. Press [ ] to answer the call. The first call is<br />

automatically put on hold.<br />

2. Press to switch between the calls.<br />

Using the speakerphone feature<br />

Use the speakerphone feature to talk and listen<br />

with the phone a short distance away.<br />

Press [ ] and then to activate the<br />

speakerphone feature. Press [ ] again to<br />

switch back to the earpiece.<br />

Using In-call options<br />

Press to access the following<br />

options during a call:<br />

• Switch to headset/Switch to phone:<br />

switch the call to a Bluetooth headset or<br />

hands-free car kit or back to the phone. To<br />

use this feature, you first need to connect<br />

your headset or car kit to the phone.p. 55<br />

• Voice clarity on/Voice clarity off: remove<br />

extraneous noise and increase call quality so<br />

that the person with whom you are speaking<br />

can hear you clearly even if you are in a<br />

noisy place.<br />

If you are using the speakerphone feature,<br />

you must first deactivate it in order to use the<br />

voice clarity feature.<br />

• Whisper mode on/Whisper mode off:<br />

turn on or off Whisper mode. Whisper mode<br />

automatically increases the microphone's<br />

sensitivity to allow the other person to hear<br />

your voice even though you may be<br />

whispering.<br />

• Mute/Unmute: switch off the phone's<br />

microphone so that the other person on the<br />

phone cannot hear you, or switch it back on.<br />
